You can find everything in one place quickly and easily. We automatically send all necessary benefit reports to your company payroll as agreed.
Customized Payroll Reporting
We’ll provide you customized payroll reporting monthly. We can add the necessary information to the report, such as the employee’s salary ID and other unique identifiers.
The contract period always starts on the 1st day of the month, leaving your payroll plenty of time to get everything sorted.
You can decide if you want to receive the report as a .pdf or .csv file.
Cancellation Coverage
If an employee work contract ends, they can return the bike by paying the return fee specified in our Cancellation Coverage. The bike must be in working order at the time of return and it’ll be inspected at the Ebike Brothers store before the return is approved.
We offer Cancellation Coverage for all our service packages, the return fee depends on the chosen service package.
Maintenance
We offer highest quality maintenance service for all Employees. We are proud of the quality of our work and therefore offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all maintenance done at Ebike Brothers Stores.
Our own maintenance locations are located in Helsinki, Tampere and Oulu. Additionally our service partners operate in over 10 different cities.
We are also prepared for all maintenance needs, we always reserve a number of spare parts to have available for all employee service purposes only.
